After growing up among the Appalachian Mountains in North and South Carolina and developing a strong love of nature, Paul began to pursue a career that would allow him to engage in environmental conservation while helping others to appreciate the natural world. Currently, he is a graduate student at University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, where he plans to study and develop ways to engage youth in environmental education and stewardship.
