The Appalachian Trail in Pine Grove Furnace is open and in good condition. It is unclear about conditions north and south of the park, but hikers should expect blowdowns and storm damage.

There is currently no power in the park and no flush toilets.

Pine Grove Furnace State Park has reopened roadways within the park. RT223 is still closed due to downed trees and power lines.

There is currently no information on the condition of the A.T. in the park at this time. Hikers should follow all posted signs and consider avoiding the area.

Due to storm damage, Pine Grove Furnace State Park in Pennsylvania (NOBO mile 1106.3) is closed until further notice, including restrooms, multiple roadways, and campgrounds. A.T. hikers are advised to avoid the area.
