Director of People & Culture
As Director of People & Culture, Heather oversee the overall strategic direction, planning, coordination, administration and evaluation of the human resources function at ATC. She is responsible for developing and ensuring effective implementation of plans, systems, policies and processes for workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management and development, employee engagement, legal compliance, employee relations and total rewards. Heather has over 15 years of experience in human resources and has worked in various positions within private and publicly traded sectors to affect positive change in the organizations.
Heather has earned a M.B.A. in Project Management and is currently working on her second M.S. in Organizational Leadership. Her passion for developing relationships as well as ATC’s mission has brought her back to ATC. Heather’s memories on the A.T. include hiking portions of the trail with her two boys throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, attending baseball games, being outdoors with her friends and spending time with children.
