Norman Findley

Norm Findley is the retired Executive Vice President and Principal Operating Officer of Coca-Cola Enterprises. He also served as the Founding President of Coca-Cola Enterprises’ European Group where he was responsible for marketing, distribution and production of the Company’s products in Belgium, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco and The Netherlands.

Before joining Coca-Cola Enterprises he held several marketing positions with The Coca-Cola Company including Vice President, Marketing Operations for North America.

Norm received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Honorary Society and Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Business Honorary Fraternity .

In addition to his service on the ATC Board, he is a trustee and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Oglethorpe University. He also serves on the board of the American and Foreign Christian Union. During the past several years he has traveled to Kenya to assist in the provision of water filters to populations suffering from water-borne disease.

His hobbies include hiking, backpacking, boating and paddle board. He backpacks with his sons and other friends and in 2015 completed a multi-year section hike of the Appalachian Trail. In addition to returning to the AT, Norm is currently doing a 3 year hike of The Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
