Talent Acquisition Manager
Amanda Noe manages ATC’s recruitment and hiring process, along with contributing to various employee engagement and training programs. Her relationship with the Appalachian Trail began with a long hike in 2016 from Springer Mountain, GA to Damascus, VA. Following that journey, she became a volunteer trail maintainer with Old Dominion Appalachian Trail Club in 2017, caring for the trail between Reed’s Gap and Rockfish Gap in Central Virginia. She served on ODATC’s board as Secretary and Trail Maintenance Supervisor, which engaged her with the cooperative management system and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.
She previously worked in human resources at a not-for-profit credit union in Virginia and holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Amanda currently lives in Richmond, VA and continues to maintain the trail on weekends.
