MEET MORE OF OUR TEAM
Lisa enjoys helping nonprofits create a lasting impact in the world and connecting people with causes they find deeply meaningful. Prior to joining the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, Lisa worked for The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and The National WWII Museum where she developed expertise in philanthropy, strategic planning, program management, leadership, team-building and audience engagement.
Lisa has a B.A. in Philosophy from Scripps College. She completed executive training at Stanford University and the Indiana University's Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Born and raised on the Central Coast of California, Lisa developed an interest in philanthropy from her grandparents--all Holocaust survivors--who taught her the importance of leaving the world a little better than she found it. Her favorite places are the Los Padres National Forest near where she grew up and Mount Katahdin.
