Join the Konnarock Trail Crew from Thursday, June 15, at 5 p.m. until Tuesday, June 20, at 8 p.m. to complete essential trail maintenance on the Appalachian Trail. Tools and training provided!

Enjoy several days of rehabbing the Trail and making new friends. Crew 2 will spend Session 6 building a new section of the Appalachian Trail near Allen Gap.This multi-year project is centered around building a one-mile section of new and sustainable Trail in order to shift the A.T. away from adjacent private lands and development. Work will predominately include creating sidehill, which involves digging and moving dozens of cubic feet in dirt each day. Each workday there will be less than a quarter-mile hike to the project site (half-a-mile roundtrip each day).

Gear and tools, meals, and training will be provided!
