Position Summary:
The Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC) is seeking a Development Intern to assist in the Membership and Development Department. Under general supervision, the Development Intern will assist in multiple functions related to event/meeting facilitation, planning, registration, etc. and will also assist with developing and designing promotional materials and entering information into the donor database.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist in event & meeting set-up and execution

Work with vendors/hosts to plan and organize events

Develop Follow-up reports

Assist with events database system

Assist in internal and external document design and production

Qualifications:

Has or is working towards a Bachelor’s degree in related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Great organizational skills

Ability to converse and accommodate members and guests

Creative writing and design skills a plus
